Woven jacquard fabric is produced on electronic jacquard looms fitted with 2,688 to 12,288 individual hooks, each controlling one warp end per pick. That architecture allows pattern repeat of unlimited size across the full fabric width, which dobby looms limited to 28–40 frames cannot achieve. Construction typically combines three yarn systems: a ground warp of combed cotton in 40s to 80s count, a pattern weft of textured or air-jet polyester, and in double-face builds, a backing warp. Pattern relief measures 0.3 to 0.7 mm between raised and ground zones, and warp density runs 80 to 160 ends per centimeter depending on motif complexity.

Artwork, CAD files, or physical swatches submitted by buyers are converted in-house into electronic pattern files, with strike-off yardage woven for approval before bulk scheduling. Every production line runs under the ISO 9001:2000 quality system, and finished rolls ship with REACH compliance statements and Hohenstein OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificates.
